Problem with sound on EeePC 701

Last few days I have a problem with sound on my EEPC 701hen I listen to music or watching the series even through its maximum the sound is not loud, I do not know at all where the problem come from, I must mentioned that before the sound worked fine. Thank you for your help.

This is probably your mixer that is set incorrectly. Launche into a terminal the command:

alsamixer

And correct it using the arrow keys. Exit (Esc) and saved by typing:

sudo alsactl store

Also check that it's not just the speaker volume that is set wrong. Good luck
